Nicole’s work spans a host of creative pursuits all circling the exploration of cognitive and metaphysical shifts through the activation of the senses. Her canvas ranges from the creating of experiential moments through food and beverage, writing, music composition and photography/video.
Raised in a Mennonite adjacent upbringing, Nicole’s insatiable curiosity into the journey of human and spiritual evolution through sensory engagement, was seeded through long days of solitude in the fields of her family home surrounded by sights, sounds, smells and feels of nature. This curiosity has led her to seek out numerous touchpoints in various fields throughout the lifespan of her career.
She currently lives in Dallas, TX with her husband and is the owner of Staycation Coffee in Richardson, TX.

My creative journey has not been linear. It has been one of a multitude of destinations and beginnings, often leaving me to question my specificity as an artist. My obsession has been with life: the understanding of the extremes of this human experience in the most visceral ways. This has taken me on personal journeys and explorations which continue to feed my artistic pursuits and curate the ongoing conversation I am having with myself, with the world and with Source.
It is all a conversation. A conversation inspired by an inward belief that we are simply fractals of Life Source reflecting back onto itself the sum total of this complex and extraordinary system of Life.
